SECURE 55

*Important Note: Secure 55 is a level rate, $55 per month conversion option that offers lower initial rates. Enrollment must take place between the ages of 21 and 49. The member has the option to convert to an available product at or before age 50. If a conversion is not selected, the plan terminates at age 55.
