Children's Scholarship Program

 

Each year our Plan Administrators, California Public Safety Administrators, Inc., donate nine scholarships to the children of CLEA and CAPF Plan Participants.

 

Scholarship distribution consists of $4,500 divided into nine awards of $500 each divided equally between children of CLEA and CAPF Plan Participants.

 

6 Scholarships available to High School Seniors (3 to children of CLEA Plan Participants and 3 to children of CAPF Plan Participants)

 

3 Scholarships available to Sophmores and Juniors in college (2 to children of CLEA Plan Participants and 1 to children of CAPF Plan Participants)


This is a valuable opportunity to provide your children with scholarship money in order to help them attain their higher education goals!

2017 Recipients

We are very pleased to announce the following four students have been awarded the Children’s Scholarships for 2016:

 

High School Recipients

Julia Garver, Torrance Police Officer's Association – Attending University of California, Santa Cruz, majoring in Chemistry.

 

Mikayla Hand, Beverly Hills Firemen's Association – Attending University of California Irvine, majoring in Nursing Science.

 

Hannah Martin, San Francisco Fire Department – Attending University of California, Berkeley, majoring in Humanities.

 

Samantha Montalbano, San Diego County Deputy Sheriff Association – Attending San Diego State University, majoring in Business Administration - Accounting. 

 

Julie Vorce, San Diego County Deputy Sheriff Association – Attending Biola University, majoring in Nursing. 

 

Hailey Warta, Yuba City Firefighters - Attending Academy of Musical and Dramatic Arts, majoring in Fine Arts.

 

College Recipients

Zaryn Cardoza, Roseville Firefighters – Attending San Diego State University, majoring in Business Administration and Biology.

 

Liliana Ochoa, California ABC Investigators – Attending Sacramento State University, majoring in Criminal Justice.

 

Kailani Ridenour, Stockton Police Mangagement Association – Attending University of California, Berkeley, majoring in Sociology.
